Neal B. Thomas

 
 

Mr. Thomas joined the firm in 1996 as a partner. His practice is comprised of insurance coverage, bad faith, general liability, professional liability, and commercial litigation.

Mr. Thomas graduated with distinction from McGeorge School of Law in 1986 and received his undergraduate degree in Communications from the University of California at San Diego. Immediately after law school, he moved to Arizona and served as a law clerk for the Arizona Court of Appeals. Mr. Thomas is a trial practitioner who also has extensive appellate experience, including numerous appearances before the Arizona Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Since moving into private practice, Mr. Thomas has also become one of the top attorneys in Arizona in the area of insurance coverage and bad faith.

Outside the office, Mr. Thomas can be spotted in the south end zone at University of Phoenix Stadium during Cardinals games sporting a Hawaiian shirt and red wig. In addition, Mr. Thomas is an avid cyclist involved in the cycling community who recently spent a summer cycling cross country, cycles in numerous countries, and expects to complete a bucket list of significant cycling in every State.
