Brit A. Templeton

As an associate at Thomas, Rubin & Kelley, my practice focuses on general civil defense litigation, subrogation claims, dog bite claims, and automobile liability. I chose to work in the field of insurance defense because I have a sincere passion for helping others navigate the world of litigation. I am a dedicated advocate intent on achieving the best results for my clients. While I successfully represent clients in a wide variety of civil defense matters, I am always striving to learn more about the law. I earned my J.D. from Chapman University School of Law with a specialization in criminal litigation. While in law school, I served as the Vice President of the Student Bar Association and the Chair of the Council of Presidents. Additionally, I was exposed to matters in both the federal and state systems, learning the ‘ins and outs’ of U.S. courts, constantly striving explore all opportunities that would help me become a skilled litigator.

Prior to attending law school, I grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona and returned to the area to practice law. While not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my dog, Nix (as in Phoenix), and love wine tasting. My favorite thing about practicing law is the relationships I build with clients, attorneys, and insurance carriers.
